The Chairman of Judges, Steven Scuffel and his International Panel of Judges commended the extremely high level of Culinary and Presentational skills exhibited by
Justin Neild during the final of the Craft Guild of Chefs Junior Chef of the Year
The three course meal prepared by David Inwood and Justin Neild of the Pomme d’Or Hotel during the Inter Island Chefs Muratti Competition was among the best the Panel of
Judges had seen at top level International Competition.
As well as receiving the Gold Medal and First in Class Awards both David Inwood and
Justin Neild received a Special Commendation from the Craft Guild of Chefs.
